version of Adobe I was using. My computer was using v.5.? because I had
downloaded v.6.?? and had forgotten to install it. DUH!! Once that
oversight was corrected, I had it in seconds... so check your version

I had no trouble getting in and looking through the twenty pages. It may be
there are too many people trying to log onto the site at one time. Or
perhaps it needs a very recent version of Adobe Acrobat to read it (I think
I have v. 6). But it is there, honest!
