Two of the drugs I already take for RA, which are in capsule form, already
contain gelatin, so I don't know if it's helping or not.
Currently I'm on a reducing dose of steroid - 5mg one day 2.5 the next -
been doing that for two weeks and I'm suffering. I've found that putting my
hands and arms up
