It's now Christmas Day here in Victoria, Australia, and it promises to be a delightful 30C (86F). Even now at midnight I'm sitting here in shorts and a T shirt.
I shall be having lunch today with my partner, Lindsay - heaps and heaps of beautiful cold seafood: oysters, prawns, crayfish, Morton Bay bugs, mud crabs etc. etc. all washed down with half a bottle or so of vodka :)
I should like to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful day with friends and family, and also to thanks you just for being there when I needed help or the answer to a sticky question.
