Dear spiders
I 'm looking into a portable PA system, intended for the use of speakers at
lace days can anyone give me any pointers as to what to look for and any
pitfalls to be aware of please, I know that some of you do give talks and
use such equipment so any advice would be most welcome.
My other qurey is this, I have discovered some fragile thread on some very
old bobbins and would like to make a positive identification as to what
fibre the thread is made from. In some instances it is only tiny samples,
but it could prove crucial to some research I'm working on, I don't have
access to a microscope and my magnifyier is clearly not good enough. Any
suggestions please.
