I've just committed a German rule for subject verb agreement and I'm
posting it here because it uses an approach that might be useful for
other languages, too.

The most interesting part is probably

1) Kindly update the wikicheck for Tamil with the latest.
2) The rule editor does not work well (i.e. it doesn't properly check
wikipedia) when I use postags. For example, the following would return zero
positives (which is unlikely):

Hi,
does anybody have a problem with the [Languagetool] prefix removed from
the mails on this list? I think there are other ways to filter mails in all
mail clients and it just takes up space better used for the subject.
