For German there is WordCoherencyRule that uses a semicolon-separated
list called coherency.txt. This can probably easily be ported to English.
The solution is not ideal, however, since it detects incoherent use of
individual words, such as 'monetize'/'monetise', but it doesn't insist
that users sh
Same kind of issues exist in French (reform), Dutch ('green' and 'white'
spelling') and Portuguese.

This way, one en_GB dictionary would satisfy everyone, and we would rely
on LT to do the job.
Is it a good idea?
