I'll post instructions when the migration is finished. (github offers
access via SVN so if you want you can continue using SVN but not the old
repository at sourceforge.)

Hi,
I'm working on the github migration now. Please don't commit anything
to SVN anymore. As I said, the migration will take several hours. I'll
