Hey I hve the same problem. My packets are marked, my classes are OK
my filters are set OK
and all packets are passing through the root class!!
I think that this is a big problem. A know 1 more person that has the same
problem!

Hello,
The wondershaper did not work quite the way I wanted it to work, with the
CBQ-wondershaper even giving better results than the HTB-wondershaper. So I
assembled my own little traffic shaper script.
It does already very much of the dirty work
Some things were changed in recent 2.4.21 kernel, so here is the patch
for tcng-9e, if you're interesting in.
