I'm doing traffic shaping with tc on '10.0.0.0/30' and '10.0.0.28/30'.
I want to delete part of shaping rules on the fly. (see my
configuration at the end of this mail)
I wan't to delete the shaping for '10.0.0.0/30' on the fly while still
keeping the shaping for part '10.0.0.28/30' running.

2) Are you wanting to set a bandwidth limit on how much traffic each
individual computer in your network can send out to the world (outbound tc
filter)?

Keep in mind that TC only controls traffic that is outbound from a system. If
you are wanting to TC traffic coming in to your system you will need to look at
something like IMQ. IMQ as I understand it is like a virtual device that
traffic comes in to and is then resend out of back in to your s
