[LARTC] problem running tc

help please... I'm a novice with tc and tcc.. I downloaded tcng 9e and installed it, but when I run "tcc -r example.tc > example.sh" (ovbiously this file exists...) i got "Could not run/locate tcc.bin!" also fails the "make test" saying this:
