After Stef's advice to use the Hierarchy Token Bucket for my QoS needs, I've run across the problem of recompiling the kernel. I've always tried to stay away from this (although have done it) - but I'd appreciate some hand holding. The kernel is RedHat 8.0 2.4.18-18, and maybe I'm escaping myself
