I figured it out late yesterday. In a following frame of the
sequence, I placed a stop VI function. The 'Stop' was terminating the
main VI. Not sure why I put the 'Stop' in the diagram. I didn't need
it.
Stupid mistake on my part. Thanks for your help.

The only thing different in the samples you provided is, in my sub VI,
the DAQ Assistant Express VI and Statistics Express VI are inside a
case statement. The case statement is inside one frame of a flat
sequence. This sub VI runs by itself. I place the sub VI into a Case
statement in th
The subVI is a Daq AssistantVI with a Statistic VI. Numeric
indicators are wired to the statisic VI. A graph indicator is also
wired to the signal from the Daq Assistant. The SubVI works by
