If you know your VI exe time exectly, you might want to use parallel
looping. And place the progress bar inside your parallel loop. Or else
use the above way.

You might want to check the monitor resolution. The program written in
[1024 * 768] pixels may not be match when you open the same program
written in [800 * 600] pixels resolution.
So my suggestion here is if you write the program for your customers,
it is better to use lower resolutio

For loop or while loop dosent matter. You might want to put "wait
until ms" inside your while/for loop. That will reduce your sampling
rate, become slower.

Since your processor use HT technology, system info will show you two
processors. (it is virtual)
After install windows, try update window first from microsoft site,
then try install LV again.
