("ADAC Get Board Selections" and "ADAC AI Continuous Scan"). Anyway,
chances are they include a dll call or something that communicate with
the hardware, so I won't be able to execute it anyway.

Just download and play with the tool. The tool detects the VIs
currently in memory, and you can select the one you want to see in the
control that reads "VIs in Mem". Because you have access to the source
code, you can review it to learn the nuts and bolts on how it works!

Make sure you stop the VI (by killing LabVIEW or something)
before placing it as a subVI in another VI. Then follow Greg's
suggestion.
