Use a cluster with two I32s. I converted the I32 values to an EXTended
precision.
Convert high byte and low byte into EXT;
High byte into "Scale By Power Of 2" with n=3
Using the Date/Time to seconds with an input of 1 Jan 1970 gets 208287.
This is only .7% larger then the simple calculation.
