Hi Wireworkers,
I apologise for gatecrashing the LV discussions but I am desperately in need
of a Texas Instruments ADS5421 14-Bit, 40MHz Sampling Analog to Digital
Converter.
We have tried to source the part from TI, without success as they will not
deal with companies directly and their Distributors keep promising us the
part which never materialises. ('Yes, it'll be there tomorrow.' Four months
later, we're still waiting!)
The TI product website
http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/ads5421.html says one
distributor has 240 in stock but we know this is not true as the distributor
cannot supply us with one.
We've been scouring e-bay also without success.
This has now been going on for 4 months and the project it is needed for has
gone critical because we can't source this part.
If anyone, anywhere, has one lying around we can beg/borrow/buy from you
(preferably within the next month) or could recommend somewhere we could get
one from, we would be most grateful.
