Unable to lock memory chunk, unable to allocate memory

I am running a simple program in my PDA using Labview, the PDA has 95 % of memory free on both, storage and program memory. This .exe is only 524k and I am reading a .wav file of 56k. I am gettin errors as: Unable to allocate memory or unable to lock memory chunk. Whay is that?, all my memory is

How can I create a browser in Labview PDA Module ?, is unconfortable to write the file path and name each time I want to open a file. Thanks Matias
