Do I need to configure the Labjack with the Measurment and Automation Tool in order to use it and if I do, how would that be done?

For a senior project I am trying to use Labview to control a stepping motor through a Labjack U12 Board. I need to know how to set up the Labjack in Labview for DAQ.
