The I/O works system is a VMIC/GE I/O system and provides an OPC
interface. You might try the OPC client in LabVIEw to talk with the
OPC server for the I/O Works hardware.

When you plot the two signals on a time series graph, do you see the
phase difference in the time domain? This might be a good way to
check what is going into the FFT where you are calculating magnitude
and phase. Also, insure your phase outputs are in degrees, this
typically helps visualize the
vide OPC servers. LabVIEW is an OPC client
and can attach to these device servers. A place to look for Lonworks
