PC Crash with Labview 7 and windows 2000

Problem: the PC does reboot without any prompt when a LV 7 vi is running; the reboot seems to occur randomly (no time dependent); sometimes instead of rebooting, the PC switches to the blue screen with the following message: Stop: 0x001E (0xC002, 0x80419292, 0x, 0x)
