Just a quick question to make sure I understand how quadrature
encoders work.
On the encoder disk, we have channel A and B.
Now if I have an encoder with 2000 counts per revolution does this
mean that:
1) every rising and falling edge of channel A and B represents one
count of motion?

The Read Trajectory funtion in Flexmotion is apparently able to buffer
position data up to 333Hz (3ms sample time).
Is this motion card dependent?
I read somewhere on the forum that for the 7344 MOTION CONTROLLER,
reading position is only possible up to a rate of 100 Hz (10ms sample
time)?
