I noticed that you also posted another question as to moving the
control on your front panel and the scroll bar was moving as you did
this... very odd.

moving your mouse to the bottom-right corner of your VI until the

A picture would be very helpful in demonstrating what you are having
trouble with.
Lacking that, I will guess.
VI Properties >>> Windows Size
lets you define the minimum size of a FP window.
