Judge Chairez who was supposed to reside over the trial may be running for Congress, if he does he has to resign his judicial position and another judge will be assigned to the case. For those who don't remember he has ruled against allowing camera's into the courtroom, it's expected if another judge is put on the case that journalist will again try to get permission for live coverage.
