[Lazarus] Lzarus does not compile, svn2revisioninc.exe does not exist (clean installation)

I havent been playing with lazarus for almost a year now so i decided to do a complete new install. Just a checkout and a make should be enough but i get this error "revision.inc does not exist" and so the compilation failed. I did a quick search and i read the revision.inc is now created with
