It's weird to *require* a COMMIT on a simple SELECT, but the CommitRetaining
trick seemed to work. The system table "pg_stat_activity" still shows the

When I make a new project I usually give it another name (right from
the start) than the standard Project1
So I do
Project -> Save As
For unit: unit1.pp
Then for the .lpi I enter something like "stupid.lpi"
Now it works even with "stupid.lpi
Thanks to everybody that helped make this possible.
The Git mirror repository has also been updated and a new v0.9.28 tag
has been created to mark this release. I will still continue
maintaining the fixes branch for any future point releases.
