How about a section for Windows, Linux, Mac OSX specific questions ...
For example OS specific API calls, or questions (that I bumped into) like "How
do I detect CDRom drives in OS xyz", etc.

I think should have some place to let the new guys to ask questions, and for
some packages, we need inidividual block to ask how to use it or submit our
bug fix. That's my wish.
