I am trying to use KolCE to create applications for arm-wince.
I installed
Lazarus-0.9.29-24550-fpc-2.4.1-20100410-cross-arm-wince-win32 and
Lazarus-0.9.29-24550-fpc-2.4.1-20100410-win32, and then kol-ce-2.80.3.zip
I was able to compile a simple lcl arm wince application. I don´t know
Question: If I have a text in a TSynEdit, should I consider it as
being in UTF8 format or not?
What the problems could I have if I make a wrong avaliation of the
text format and I want to parse that text?
