I've packed the runtime env dlls and put them on my ftp server.
They are too big to attach to the mail on the list.
Server : support-ftp.wobe-team.com
User : lazarus
Pwd : test
The file u need : Microsoft.VC80.CRT.zip
Put the files into the directory of the dll and it works.
