A solution if you want to use LazBuild:
Remove the entry for EditorToolbar package in
miscellaneousoptions.xml, in section StaticAutoInstallPackages.

Just do a clean build and it is solved.
This is generic advice for any problem you encounter after updating
trunk. At least I often get problems which are then solved by doing a
clean build.
