Hi, I'm interested in speed of calculation, so rebuilding a profile is not an option. Also sometimes I do not have the original data so would have to create it with a CMYK to Lab conversion. I've seen it done though where calculation of a Lab value using specific channels is almost instantaneo

Hi, If I have a CMYK profile, is it possible to use it to just convert to CMY, or CMK and leave out a channel? Would I alter the profile before creating the transform, or make the transform differently. Regards, Lee ---
