There is a story behind this function. Many time ago, a profile vendor

me about some profiles, presumably generated by lcms, that were just copies
of
the profiles the vendor was selling, but with copyright removed
According to the documentation _cmsSaveProfile() is deprecated and supposed to
be superseded by cmsOpenProfileFromFile() with a "w" as access mode instead.
So, how would one then write a brand new profile to disk that has been created
