Updated and fixed; needs active testing.

Bridge kernel removed; kernel uses version 2.2.19brfw (not 2.2.19) so
all modules would have to be recompiled to work without "kernel version"
warnings from insmod (!).

Sounds like just respecifying the ethernet device more than once should
work; needs live testing.
