The magic sysrq key gives you some special keys mainly for kernel
debugging.  In compilation, this is the last item on the list.

The kernel.sysrq is mainly for debugging kernels and for some other
nice things.  Most people don't need it and can just ignore it. 
However, if you compile a kernel with the "Magic SysRequest Key"
enabled then this will work.

That feature should be present in all the Linux kernels, though I
almost never enable it.
