on all the packages available?

Hello,
I realize this must have been discussed many times on
this list but I've searched the archive and the FAQ
and how-tos with little luck (and vnc's docs). Here's
what I want to do:
I'm on Dachstein "Linux router 4.0.6" with AT&T
broadband using DHCP and doing a NAT and all the
default stuff.

Phillip,
Did you try and set your initialization string in /etc/chatscripts/provider?
As what your experiencing is 'exactly' what was happening to me. I just
couldn't connect! I looked everywhere , took the modem off, put it on a
windows box, connected no probs,,, made sure i had the right settings
A week late and slightly off-topic, but...

Dr
Oups, Sorry Vladimir, but seems simply not working here !
"tcpdump -i eth0 -n not tcp"
tcpdump: not found

Hi
you may want to have a look at http://luna.think.ch/leaf/ADM it has a
description how I modified the standard SST/Apacer ADM for write protection

Don't forget the file-system driver (likely ext2.o), unless you're
hard-disk is formatted
You wouldn't be able to translate that into Bering Configs

Sorry. I sure couldn't. ;)

Thanks for the help. I figured out the problem. My bash command was
pointing to a link for /bin/sh. Which enturn was pointing to /bin/ash. I
changed the /etc/passwd so that the shells pointed to /bin/ash and it
worked. Thanks for your help.

LEAF user running DCD, in the network.conf file I find a section called
#Advanced settings, under the port forwarding section.
If I wanted to forward a particular port to a server on my internal network,
is this where I would enter the options,
Currently from the command line I enter:
Ipmasqad
I don't know if Bering comes with it or there is a package, but
try "tcpdump".
Probably you would want to see all non-TCP traffic. The command
line would like this:
"tcpdump -i eth0 -n not tcp"

Hi Vladimir,
Thanks for the reply.
I know well that this are the UDP packets which are the source of my VoI problem, of
course...
But I don't know how to check this, and for this time I can only see the flashing LED
light on my DMZ nic board meaning that some
packets are running here ;-)
I have
Always searching for VoIP on DMZ zone on my Bering RC3 !
My project is to connect a VoIP gateway which will be alone in my DMZ zone (no other
IP adress), and this will act as "phone
gateway" with our office's PBX.
I have done many tests with a Micronet (Taiwan) ADSL/Router/firewal - at low cost
Hello leaf-user@lists,
Just another question... How easily isapnptools could be implemented
in Bering 1 RC3? I.e. is there any way to use isapnp with this
distribution of Bering?
