pump is badly broken in a way which causes many DHCP servers to ignore
it. It sends requests with the source address of the internal interface
instead of the standard 0.0.0.0; most ISPs have their DHCP servers to
ignore requests coming from ranges (esp. RFC1918 addresses) which they
don't provide.

It took a little work moving files around to get dhclient.lrp working on
wisp-dist but it was otherwise uneventful.
