I've found that the network card was really in full-duplex mode. So I
changed it a I'm going to try
the router soon.
But another question: As I wrote, the cable modem isn't at my flat. And I
need
to reset it remotely (if i want to experiment with my problem).

problem with loosing connection
could be with full-duplex mode. Yes, that's true. If somebody has the same
problem, you really have to
set the network-card to HALF-DUPLEX mode.
