So far , searching the web, i've found that shorewall supports MAC
filtering, but Bering looks like it does not have support for iptables
based MAC filtering.
Any other solution, like setting on /etc/ethers,
arp -f /etc/ethers -i
so that, i will deny the IP's to get to the external interf

Hi
I have a small problem configuring Bering RC3 to work on console.
So, i've done what it's said in howto, like,
added the T1:23... line in inittab, and in securetty, ttyS0,
after that, added "serial 0 19200" and "append console=19200,ttyS0" in the

Buna leaf-user,
Hi,
I'm having a little problem with Bering rc.03...
If I don't have a active link in the net card, it hangs at Starting
sysklogd, but, as soon as i put in the ethernet, it magically
continues the booting...
I commented all the lines in syslogd.conf, and no change.
Buna leaf-user,
Hi,
what PCMCIA ISA/PCI Adapters are supported ?
Does anyone has succesfully installed a Spectrum24t 11mbps PCMCIA
card, provided by Symbol ?
