You need to migrate to Dachstein, or at least the Dachstein version of
Busybox.  There are several new commands added to busybox for Dachstein,
some of which used to be included in (and are still required for) IPSec.  Tr
is one of these commands, as is egrep.  See the Dachstein-CD change logs for
details on what changed.
