What do you mean with "only test the status of all configuration files
"? The options display the exact configuration changes an user made 
either after the last save or compared to the distribution defaults.
I don't think "Which configurations did change ..." is correct either,
 but I'm not a native English speaker ;) Maybe someone on the list 
with a good suggestion?

I can confirm that dnscache works correct the last time I used it, 
but you shouldn't use it together with dnsmasq. It are both the same 
kind of programs, so use the one or the other. Running them both 
would give conflicts.
