one possibility suggested to me by the implication (from your Check Point
aside and your misuse of the term "modules") that you may be new to Linux.
In syslinux.cfg, are these three lines (as you quote them in your e-mail)

I suspect that your BIOS setting have not been modified to boot from hdd
first.
