Many combinations do not work. Use DOS6.22 and FDISK that comes with it. You
can get a DOS6.22 boot floppy image from www.putergeek.com. syslinux 1.75 works
with this. Most problems are due ti fdisk. This combination works sureshot.
I've made many copies of syslinux and DOS for such use.
