There is nothing special about the Road Runner service. TWC provides addresses via DHCP. The firewall will need two network cards. The external card (the one hooked up to your cable modem) should have dhcp enabled, both in /etc/network/interfaces [1] and in the options column of /etc/shorewall/interfaces [2]. Just start with the Bering 1.0-stable image, and follow the instructions in the Bering installation and user's guides: http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/jnilo/binstall.html http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/jnilo/busers.html If I recall correctly, the two-interface setup with dhcp on the external interface is the Bering default so you shouldn't have to change much. If you get stuck or have any specific questions, send your questions to the leaf-user list. (It would be a good idea to read the Support Request FAQ linked to at the bottom of this message before posting.)
