I have a box running WinXP-SP3 and from the Leaf web interface, under
|General|Active Connections|Masqueraded connections|, have the following
established connections:

Pkg Port Source Destination Time to live State
Tcp at 80/www from 192.168.22.206 to 208.76.87.69. 392069 sec. ESTABLISHED.
Tcp at 80/www from 192.168.22.206 to 208.76.87.69. 392069 sec. ESTABLISHED.

# dig -x 208.76.87.69 shown:
;; ANSWER SECTION:
69.87.76.208.in-addr.arpa. 32373 IN PTR dedicated195.tchmachines.com.

Don't know why my box is accessing this site? Would like to block it by
the following rule in /etc/shorewall/rules (based on reading
http://www.shorewall.net/3.0/Documentation.htm#Rules):

SECTION ESTABLISHED
DROP loc net:208.76.87.69 tcp 80

But it doesn't work? What am I missing?
Thanks,
Kwon
