Virtualized devices are not optimal if there is a significant traffic
through it. But in any case it'll be better to use NIC with VFs (like
igb) or dedicated NIC for VM.

Just load ISO, do HDD partitioning (256M active FAT partition is enough)
and run installation from menu.
