Hi again group,
I'm attempting to get 2 vlan interfaces to configure on boot with
the latest bering. I have read the documentation on the debian style
interface file. I thought the 'pre-up' option would do what I wanted
(run '/sbin/vconfig add eth1 2' command before bring up the interface.
But every time I boot my disk I get '/sbin/vconfig not found' (or
something like that). I'm loading the root.lrp, modules.lrp and then
vlan.lrp from the boot disk. Am I headed in the right direction (with
the pre-up option) or should I script it? I see the 'mapping' option
which runs a script. Would this work better?

thanks,
chrisj
