I don't think ISA cards support 100Mb.
Even if they do, the maximum raw speed on the ISA BUS is 8Mhz, so you
will get no extra performance increase by upgrading these cards.
I'll advise you to 'invest' on a new system where you can use PCI cards.

p.s. yes, i'm fully aware of
well, the 3c515 cards are isa 100mbit, and you will get some speed increase
from them, but they can be a little tricky to get working, there used to be
a problem with the plug and play, but i believe that is working these days.
My home router is using these cards. Two 3c515 running dachstein
