What are the ACK's sequence numbers? If the uplink side shows repeated
duplicate sequence numbers, then packets are getting lost.

Hi folks

I have a situation where the user wants to transfer a large amount of 
data across a NATed connection. On the uplink  side I see bursty 
behaviour, e.g. groups of average 6 packets ftp data before I see the 
ack's going up,  whereas on the local side  the acks are more 
dispersed.  looking at a different box without NAT the same data 
transfer is not bursty.  It looks like there is some queueing of the ACK

packets.

Any ideas
