We'll I was unable to track down an Unisys tech, but further research
reveals that RATL is the port that is used for some sort of remote access
service, under Unisys.
I can only assume that someone found a vulnerability
uch.

Which describes port 2499 as "RATL unisys.com" ... so I'll assume that the
RATL service has something to do with a Unisys device. We run Unisys system
