Well, I can't match Tom's poetry but I note that the deregulation of power-line-time makes the WWV-series even more critical. So far, though, I haven't seen super-large changes in the timing of the 60 Hz signals coming into the USNO. Seems like there was a net 30 second drop in June. -Ori
