I'm almost certain that it was once possible to request a report that
included nested accounts, but that *didn't* include the totals of accounts
at level 3 in the level 2 accounts under which they were nested. For
example, assume that I've recorded $10 as spent in Expenses:Travel,
Getquote is not supported. Fetch prices with an external script. Get quote
support may come back at some point
